I'm having a major problem and could really use some help. I have two users that are unable to logon to a RDS Farm because it says "User Profile service failed the logon". This all started when we these two users had a problem with an application and the application support said to delete their profile, so I did that according to Microsoft's procedure. I deleted the directories, deleted their SID key from UserProfileList in the registry, etc.. Ever since then they get the"User Profile Service Failed the Logon".
We are using roaming profiles for the RDS Farm. I can see that when the user tries to login it creates the user's profile on the shared drive, but it looks like that's all it does. No registry entries get created, so their SID key in UserProfileList doesn't get created.
I've gone through about 50 pieces of documentation trying to fix this and nothing works. Anyone know how I can fix this?
