Hello.
I'm setting up two remote desktop servers (Windows Server 2008 R2), where 10 thin clients will be connected. I don't have a domain server, so I didn't set up the Connection Broker role (there's no need to "remember" the server where the client was previously connected).
I configured NLB in these servers (following these instructions: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us//library/6e3fc3a6-ef42-41cf-afed-602a60f56200.aspx).
But the load is not getting balanced! If I let the weight set to "equal", all the connections go to the first server. If I set a weight to something like "40 for the first server" and "60 for the second server", all the connections go to the second server.
Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks!
