TS User License expiration date is in the past

I have a 2008 R2 Terminal Server. The license server is a 2008 R2 DC. When I do a licensing diagnosis on that server, it is fine. When I run a licensing report, the expiration date of all licenses is Decmeber 31, 1969. The licenses are not being released for use. Can someone shed any light on this?
