Could not create template VHD. Error Message:-2147024893. Unable to retrieve the details of the virtual desktop collection.

Can someone help me on this issue? I tried to indicate all the possible set up to parallel it on same on win7 collection but no success. Below are the result after creating collection.

We have check the follwing : 

Profile Disk : F:\\VDI06\ProfileDisk_New

CSV path : C:\ClusterStorage\Volume2\VDI_Disk

Parent Disk : C::\ClusterStorage\Volume2\VDI_Parent

All Permission on the file server folder.
