RemoteApp deployment on Win 2016

Hi!

I have a deployment RDweb, RDCB, and 3 RDSH servers, all Win 2016. Each RDSH will serve multiple RemoteApps. My understanding, in the single deployment I can publish all apps with one of the options: with a gateway or without.

I need all application in my setup to be published with AND without a gateway. How can this be accomplished without full second deployment?
