Remote Desktop Connection

A number of our users are getting disconnected from RDP this morning. The RDP server is across a Site-to-Site VPN to Azure. Perhaps coincidentally, when they reconnect they have lost the saved username and are presented with "Other user".
Server went through updates at the weekend and was restarted last night. Reconnecting instantly works fine.
Anyone seen this?
