Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy in Local AppData on Session Host

Hi

I'm having a strange problem, where my clients when logged into a Windows Server 2016 Session Host, end up with gigantic profiles because Cortana is seemingly stuck in some kind of indexing loop.

Screenshot attached and linked: https://imgur.com/a/7pfzfTO (sorry, not sure what else to use anonymous)

We end up with the AppData\Local folder ending up in GB's of size if left unchecked and it then takes some effort to clear it down or remove the profile to return it to a normal size.

We're using user profile disks and they are also being affected by this.

Has anybody seen this before, and how can we stop it?! Or, alternatively, how can I force profiles to be deleted at log off (not what I really want)

Any and all advice, is welcome

Thanks
