Hello,
We deployed a pooled virtual desktop on a Server 2012 R2 as a proof of concept, running two Windows 7 VM's as pooled virtual desktops. The Connection Broker, Virtualization Host, Gateway and Web Access are all running on the same server. The deployment seems to be fine. I am able to connect to a Win7 virtual desktop in the pool. However, this is not the case for all users. For some users, they are able to connect to a pooled desktop but only once. After they log off, they can no longer connect again unless I delete that user's VDI profile disk. Once their profile disk is deleted, they can connect again and a new profile disk is created. But after they log off, they can no longer connect until I delete their profile disk again. I think we can rule out a permissions issue because they are members of groups that are granted access to the VDI collection. Other users that are members of the same group do not have this issue.
I have found this in the Event Logs:
Log Name: Microsoft-Windows-TerminalServices-TSV-VmHostAgent/AdminSource: Microsoft-Windows-TerminalServices-TSV-VmHostAgent
