I have a 3 node cluster running a RDS vdi environment on Win2012R2 using win8 vms, recently i noticed that when computers failover out/in one of the host they didn't automatically star due a hardware incompatibility error, this sounded wierd since the 3 nodes have the exactly same hardware and were build it one after the other. After extensive troubleshoting I came to find out that all Vm's on one of host were not displaying video and just show a black screen.
After diging on the logs I found this:

I have 4 Nvida GRID K1 ( http://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/1699/grid-k1.html ) with 1Gb each, also I noticed that if i disable the cards from 1-3 and only use card no.4 all vm works well till the memory runs out. As part of the troubleshooting the manufacturer already replace the card therefore they are washing their hands of the problem.
Any ideas??????
